Rip City Remix defeat the Mexico City Capitanes, 118-110.

The Rip City Remix won game two of the weekend’s back-to-back series against the Capitanes in Mexico City on Sunday, 118-110. Seven of the eight available Remix players scored in double-figures in the win. Despite being short-handed, the Remix never let the Capitanes lead after 7:49 minutes left in the third quarter to secure the victory.

George Conditt led the team in scoring and earned his second straight double-double, going 11-13 from the field for a season-high 27 points, 14 rebounds and two assists. Antoine Davis was close behind with his second consecutive 20+ point performance, earning 26 points, three assists and three rebounds. Alex Reese provided a spark off the bench with 16 points, nine rebounds and four blocks.

For Mexico City, Justin Wright-Foreman earned a season-high 31 points, four assists and three rebounds. Maozinha Pereira followed off the bench for a double-double with 18 points, 14 rebounds, three blocks and three steals. Alexey Borges also contributed 14 points, three assists and two rebounds in the loss for the Capitanes.
