DAVIS IN DETROIT: Antoine Davis will be returning to the Motor City after spending his college career at Detroit Mercy, where he finished as the NCAA’s second all-time leading scorer at the Division I level. He holds the NCAA record for most total three-pointers (588) throughout his five-year career. His jersey was retired by Detroit Mercy following his last regular season home game.

LOSS TO THE LAKERS: The Rip City Remix fell to the South Bay Lakers on Friday night, 121-102. In their second loss at home, the Remix were outscored by 26 points in the second half. Alex Reese led the team with 22 points in a season-high performance.

BACK FROM THE BLAZERS: Taze Moore is back with the Remix after spending a 10-day contract with the Trail Blazers, in the first ever NBA call-up from Rip City. Moore saw the floor in three games with the Trail Blazers, averaging 2.0 points in 3.4 minutes of game time.
