Rip City Lose to Legends, 125-119

The Rip City Remix fall to the Texas Legends in the first game of a two-game series in Portland.

PORTLAND, Ore. – March 10, 2024 – The Rip City Remix fell to the Texas Legends 125-119 on Sunday afternoon at Chiles Center. The Remix came back from a 17-point deficit in the fourth quarter with the help of a 14-2 run. Rip City briefly took the lead with three minutes remaining in the game, but couldn’t close down the stretch.

The Remix were led by Taze Moore with 23 points, along with eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. Two-way player Ashton Hagans followed with 19 points, nine assists and five rebounds. George Conditt contributed a double-double off the bench with 18 points and 11 rebounds in the home loss.

For the Legends, former Portland Trail Blazer Greg Brown III led with 26 points, seven rebounds and three assists in the road victory. Justin Jackson followed with 21 points, three rebounds and three assists. Erik Stevenson came off the bench to contribute 16 points and two rebounds.
